The BCA partners with Sky Stadium to provide coach parking for our members to most events throughout the year. This is something the stadium management encourage over individual cars with 1 or 2 people arriving.

Once your order is received the BCA will issue a parking permit, this must be displayed in your coach to avoid fines.

Process

The BCA will issue and email you a permit to be displayed in a visible position within the coach. If this is not visible the stadium security will report to management and issue a fine.



Parking location:

For most events, coaches will be directed to park in the Sky Stadium public carpark on level 0, directly off Waterloo Quay. Capacity for this area is 8 large coaches.

Once bookings reach 8 all coaches will be moved to an external location, at Thorndon Quay.

BCA will keep WRST Operations staff updated as an event approaches, if bookings are expected to reach 8 WRST will make best endeavours to advice BCA of the parking location so that communication can be made with members.

WRST will share the Stadium event calendar on a regular basis, highlighting events expected to exceed 8 bookings.

Late bookings

$23 exclusive GST will be charged for late bookings.

For a Friday Event – this includes bookings made on Wednesday to Friday.

For a Saturday or Sunday Event – this includes bookings made on Thursday or Friday.
