Bus and Coach Association Conference 2014
We are delighted to be contacting you about the 2014 Bus and Coach Association Annual Conference, which is set to be held in Auckland from 9 - 12 July. The conference business sessions will take place in the Rongitoto room in the Viaduct Event Centre 161 Halsey Street Auckland.
This year we are excited to also be able to tell you that the conference is being run in conjunction with a Public Transport day being organised by Auckland Transport on Saturday 12 July. This day will be open to the public to show them what they can expect the future of Public Transport in Auckland to look like.Trade Show
Our Trade Show this year is expected to be bigger than usual with the addition of Auckland Transport. Trade Stands will be downstairs in the Viaduct Event Centre with set up on Wednesday 9 July. Vehicles will be displayed on the Waterfront directly outside the Viaduct Event Centre. There is also a special opportunity for a limited number of vehicles to be displayed inside with the trade show. It is our intention to repeat the Exhibitor Time and Auction on Thursday afternoon.

The conference programme will commence with the AGM being held on Wednesday 9 July in the Copthorne Hotel Auckland Harbourcity at 4pm. We are currently preparing two full days of speakers for the business sessions and workshops, which will run from 9am on Thursday.

Our social programme is currently being confirmed with a function each evening, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each with its own format and exciting entertainment. Sponsorship Opportunities

We are planning a full day to entertain the partners on Thursday with a half day opportunity for shopping at one of the big Auckland Malls on Friday returning to the Viaduct Event Centre in time for lunch and our Celebrity Speaker.
