Weekly Notice of Sector Pump Prices at Caltex Priced Truck Stops INCREASE effective 11/07/2017

The following Truck Stop Sector Pump Prices (Pump Price) will apply from 00:01 on Tuesday 11^th July 2017 for transactions through Caltex Priced Truck Stops as set out in the attached site listing.

The changes to the Pump Price will take effect for all transactions completed on Tuesday 11^th July 2017 until the next Pump Price notice is issued. 

Your transactions through Retail Service Stations (which exclude Caltex Priced Truck Stops) will be based off the advertised Service Station Pump Prices.

Trunkline sites (from North to South) are as follows (please refer to the attached site listing for further details);

Hornby Truck Stop                                           74 - 78 Carmen Road, Hornby, Christchurch

Rolleston Truck Stop                                        25 Hoskyns Road, Rolleston, Canterbury

Invercargill Truck Stop                                      Corner Mersey St & Spey St, Invercargill

We have attached the list of Truck Stop facilities which sets out the Caltex Priced Truck Stops (including the Trunkline and sectors A to D pricing) and the Retailer Owned and Retailer Operated Sites (RORO) which are priced independently.  We also attach the Historical Data and Graph.

Conditions

1. Z Energy 2015 Ltd will make every endeavor to ensure that the changes to the Truck Stop Pump Prices communicated in this notice are effected simultaneously at its Caltex Priced Truck Stops, There may be delays and discrepancies as to the date and time at the truck stops due to unforeseen electronic and technical issues.  Z Energy 2015 Ltd will not be liable for any losses arise from such discrepancies.
2. The Truck Stop Pump Price displayed on the payment terminal will be the price used in the StarCard transaction.
3. The existence of this notice, and the information contained in it is confidential and may be legally privileged. 
4. The information is intended only for the recipient named in this notice.  If the reader of this notice is not the intended recipient you are notified that any use, dissemination, distribution or reproduction of this information is prohibited.  If you have received this notice in error please notify Z Energy 2015 Ltd by email reply and delete the original. If at any time you would like to stop receiving these Pump Price notices please email cxcommsupport@z.co.nz with "Opt Out" in the subject line.
5. Pump prices at Retailer Owned Retailer Operated truck stop sites (RORO Sites) are not set by Z Energy 2015 Ltd.  They are priced independently from the Caltex Priced Truck Stops on the Trunkline and Sectors A to D.
6. If you have received this notice as a RORO site, you acknowledge that;

This information is provided to you at your request as you also operate a co-located Truck Stop at the site, it is information prepared for Z Energy 2015 Ltd's Commercial Customers.

The notice is for information only. You are free to market diesel as you determine appropriate. You agree to the conditions 3 and 4 above as they apply to you and your business.
