The Association's own monthly industry magazine will keep you up to date with industry issues.

Industry Advocacy
The Bus and Coach Association is the voice of the bus and coach industry. The Association channels industry input into legislative and regulatory changes to ensure that bus and coach operators can carry out operations effectively.

Lane Neave Advisory Service
As a benefit of membership, members of the BCA have access to comprehensive legal advice on all employment, health and safety, ACC and immigration matters from Lane Neave Lawyers.

Sample Contracts
The Association has sample permanent and casual employment contracts, and contracts to provide school transport to direct-resourced schools. They can be altered to suit your situation, and are free to all members.

Star Grading Programme
The Association administers the Star Grading programme for tour coaches and promotes the programme to domestic and international travel agents and wholesalers. Star Grading allows members to distinguish quality vehicles and obtain a price premium for them.

Department of Conservation Concession Agreement
Members of the BCA are able to become part of the BCA's collective concession agreement with the Department of Conservation. This agreement enables bus and coach operators to obtain Concession Identification cards that permit vehicles to park, and embark and disembark passengers on DOC land.

Sector Seminars
